Started to read it now printing it out moniters make the eyes go funky. A couple of things that I noticed from the start.
1. Roadrunner is going to reservation system. To be considered to go down gecko in the future with the res system.
2. "these tools are curfews and restrictions in areas of historic lawlessness and limiting alcohol use to established camp areas"
3. looks like the first year is 525 visitors will be adjusted the next year "future permit numbers would be adjusted accordingly"
4. Camping one mile radiius open again but will need to pay use fee.
More as I read this.
