Took pics while breaking down, took notes, labled parts and pieces,,,
Anyone got a good order for the rebuild? Maybe something you learned that you would do different?
Going to get it to a roller first and go from there.

Motor/trans, brake lines, wiring, then seats and side panels last. Have fun and post progress pics!!

I'd make sure all the area's masked were all clean -if not sand or dremel the holes and area's debur it first- Jess

3m blue tape all over to stop scratches from belt buckles, shoes and beer cans......lots a beer cans..

get her rolling first, than start on the hard lines (brakes) and run th wireing. trust me you will be alot happyer this way. it is much easyer to run the brake lines and electrial w/o any obstructions. then motor/trans. and from there it dose not matter any more untill you drive it down the street. but before you do go over every thing twice. It sucks when your axle falls off in the street and your brother told you the bolt's WERE tight!!!

If a bolt goes through a boss or threads into a boss, make sure it does BEFORE you are holding the part up and trying to make it work.
