The season is fast approaching.
I plan on going out allot midweek this season, probably Tue-Friday, and I like Gecko campground when it isn't busy. I take my motorhome, Funco, and two quads.
If anyone else can make it during the week from time to time, post here and we can all pm each other when we are heading out.

We all got in around 3:30 or so on Sat, the tires did the trick with the ground clearance, but I think they ate up some of his hp. Those are *really* big tires, and not too much fun being behind...
I think I will join you on a couple of the mid week runs this season.

If I can get a bit of notice, I would love to dune with you guys mid-week. A bit of a drive for me so more than two days is good.

Work is over rated,,,I'd take days off for a mid-week run.

Count me in.....I work alot of weekends, so I am off Tuesdays and Wednesday.
Being as it's a whole 50 miles away, I've been known to take a few days off for a mid week trip 
Might even be up for some day trips to Buttercup with the weazl. What is it, like 20 minutes from your house Aaron???

No fun camping alone but I can go anytime when ever... May have to fly out here and there but I go out often wed thru sunday so lets hook up... let me know anytime you are going.. I am down for one dayers tooo
Ok, so Dune Flyer called and wants to change his tires to see if he can now beat me up Olds (I'll probably let him win this time...)
The first gathering of the Mid-Week Dune Club is this Thursday and Friday. I will probably leave for G on Wed afternoon, but me and Duneflyer will be there on Thursday for sure (right Pat?)
Unless there is some strong objection, we will gather at the Gecko campground - just bear to the right and we will be hard to miss.
I drive a 38' greenish Bounder with a 22' Sports Trailer enclosed, my Funco has a train on the panels. Pat drives a butt-ugly monster motorhome with a Eastside looking stacker behind it - raggedy I know but he is a friend....he is definately hard to miss, his car is Orange, so we try just to drive around at night as not to embarrass the rest of the group. If he falls behind, not to worry, he is great at following tracks!
I will try to pm everyone that responded with this message as well.

New on here, but would love to go mid week. As a salesman I have to work weekends. so I am down to drive down on sunday night and hang out monday and drive back tues. I am off monday tuesday, who's in?

All you have tell them when they question you for jury selection is "I figure the cops wouldn't have arrested the guy if he wasn't guilty" and they will excuse you every time.
BOth my brother and I are always game for mid week runs. Leaving tommorrow night and will be back wednesday.
Duneflyer and I are looking at leaving Tuesday night, leaving Thursday afternoon. Gecko campground again.
