Ain't no reason to issue permits then in da first place if only a few people are in there; pull down them stakes, and give access to whomever wants to venture down there. Slap don't dig it at all...Because people don't go some place ain't a good reason to close it down either. Mr. P needs a torque wrench upside his noggin...Mrs. McDuner ain't gone into da kitchen in years, but Slap didn't close that down. Reason be, MAYBE, JUST MAYBE she'll get dat itch to go back in there, and she'll have the option to do so...Milkvetch fine; closure still up; now limits?
