SHOCKER
Does anybody have a blaster 240 big bore kit from Vitos Performance, or knows anything about it? I know it can use stock intake and exhaust, but i don't know how durable and dependable it is.

If I get this kit i would have to get a heavy duty clutch kit to. They do have a 240 pipe I could buy but its not a must have, because i have a Paul Turner Racing pipe and a FMF PowerCore2 muffler.

I'm thinking of eventually getting a Vitos performance crank shaft, jet kit, degree key, reed kit, reed spacer, boost bottle, bigger manifold, and bigger carb. But thats just in my dreams.

DUDE WHY DICK AROUND WITH IT, GET A BANSHEE AND BE DONE WITH IT! OR YOU CAN BE REALLY SICK LIKE MY BRO, WE STUFFED A YZ 490 INTO HIS BLASTER FRAME. :dis:

How old are you and what's your weight. If you are like 14 and come in at 100 lbs then you might want to do the mod. But if you are 18 or older and like 175 then go with the bigger bike. Like a 250R.

You might want to look at this approach. If you plan on keeping the bike for for another season or two then do the mod if not get the bigger bike.

I remember in the mid to late 80's Mike Coe raced a Blaster in the Mickey Thompson Series. He never won but did pretty good against the other 250R's & Quadracer 250's. He must've had some type of big bore goin' on there. Remember though, your Blast-her is air cooled and will get hot with the thinner cylinder walls of a big bore when running in the sand. Especially with those "No Footed Van Tossers" you like to do  . It runs good the way it is. Put some more time in on the bike and when you can hit the whoops at the bottom of the hill pinned from a 4th gear run (without crashin'), THEN you can upgrade to a faster machine.

I think I want a trx 250R, they're a good all around quad and has alot of upgrades avaliable. I can race it when I aprove alot. :X:

seems like a lot of money to dump into the bike.maybe you should get a bigger bike.maybe a banshee or raptor.i know the dreaming feeling and can feel your pain.

according to the vote ,get a bigger bike

I say go with the bigger bike. It will give you the performance you are looking for now with out any mods. Because sooner or later you will want to go even faster, then you can dump a bunch of cash in the new bike. I think that would be your best alternative, best of luck at what ever you decide.
