For those of you that are building cages, what thickness do you recommend for the tubing? Also, what radius of dies are you using. <------That might depict what thickness I go with. Thanks in advance.

Building a full race cage using 4130 1 1/2 .095. Stock is 1 3/4 What are going to build? Just a cage?

.095 is the norm i think. thats what im doing mine out of. but thats your personal preference

We use 1 3/4 095 dom for our four seat cages.

If you plan on racing it .095 x 1.5" is the minimum you can use.

Won't be racing it. It'll just be a dune cruiser. I think I'll go with 1 3/4" .095.
