Just thought Slappy and the rest of you might like to see our daughter Savannah with her new friend that she found at Mother G last weekend. He just hung out with her for several hours, seemed to be cool with it, she even gave him water which he drank. He would even crawl on her shirt and just chill. Pretty mellow little guy.

Full Version: Kids Love Critters At Mother G
becareful ..... thats how the crock hurter got started.
That was the MELLOWEST little lizard I have ever seen! She saw him, captured him after a little chase and let him hang out all day with her. He just chilled out, and she got to show everyone in camp her friend. 
She loves all critters and bugs so much. It was funny to watch him drink the water, she poured a tiny bit in a water bottle lid, and held it up for him to have a few swigs. He sure seemed happy about that!
She was hoping they would have caught a snake so she could have checked it out in person. I was glad we never saw that snake.

Michael wanted to play with that snake that was found under the container. Good thing it was "taken care of" before he got to it. i had to go thru the whole "if you see a snake, what do you do?" with him and Stephan. good times. no pix but i know there was a rattler out there on sunday per Retodd... we did see a roadrunner on the way home just RUUUUUUUUUUUUUUN across the 78 and then fly as soon as it got to the other side. very cool. lots of hawks too. no pix of that tho. sorry.

Well, as you know, the Mother G season is here, and now that you are part of SlapsArmy, it is up to you and Slap to spread the word to all the Young Guns and Glamisdunes.comers about Mother G's critters. Everybody should get the chance to see your pictures, understand how important the critters are, and that they are worth our respect and protection. All that means PG is when we are riding, we need to look out for them, take many pictures, and show those pictures to all of the SlapArmy and Glamisdunes.comers. That way, all of the SlapArmy can use our pictures to spread the word to the rest of the world. That is a slapptacious way to do it. Rmember, there are some dangerous ones, like Mr. Sidewinder Rattlesnake, Mr. Scorpion, and the Sulpigid. But, they also deserve our respect.
Slap can't wait to see more pictures from you this year PG, keep up the good work.

She will be back out for Halloweiner, who knows what little critters she'll find. She loves moths, cralwey bugs, Mr. RedTail, you name it. You have enlisted a darn Slaptaccious Young Gun SlapArmy Member. She makes her mama proud!

Slappy, while we were having lunch on Friday last, one of the kidlets decided to feed a critter a noodle..
