Without any of you Die Hard Honda or Yami guys talking crap I was wondering which would be a faster quad up the hill and drags between a 250R and a Predator? Assuming both are in stock form? and what about if one is bored out to a 265 ported and polished, filter, pipe and the Pred has pipe, carb, filter, 11:1 piston?

For what it's worth: In stock form, I'd have to give the nod to the Predator. But who has an R in stock form? Re: the last comment, you may have noticed already, but JSY pretty much only uses these forums to talk shiot.

hey jon,
im not try to talk crap but i was reading what you have done to yours and if you were racin a friend that had it broed to a 265, ported and all that crap then umm well bud you might be in for a tough race. im not sayin your bike is a piece of shiot but i see it as a 2 stroke naturally has more torque and power for hill shooting. the response on a 2 stroke compared to athumper is better. and unless he isnt a skilled rider the whoops will be hard to catch him then. so he might get you off the line but if you can handle the whoops better and catch him there then you will get him. but you know i dont know i havent been able to see a polaris in action so i cant be sure. but to be honest my money would be on the 250r side.
but good luck. let me know the turnout

Hey Yamiboy are you the one that came to pick up the bumper this weekend? Anyways its not a guy im racing. Its a chick that actually rides. She races mx and i know my quad is a lot heavier than pretty much most. She has a huge weight advantage over me considering she only weighs like 110 or something like that and if that. I guess riding on the bottle would be my best bet to smoke her. >:< But if i lose oh well....she's a girl :kitty: ...gotta be nice and let her win

But anyhow Brittney this is gonna be you :bash: When the time comes:)...and that time will come

Its okay dont worry if beat you. Im hoping you dont get mad at me >:< >:< :hot: :hot:
 :grenade:

who cares? hillshooting gets old anyway... it's a waste of gas. duning is the only way to go. this is where real skill is involved. any monkey can pin the throttle, lean back and shoot up a hill

Winning never gets old
Hill shootin takes its share of skilz..... I've almost had some wicked get offs by mis-timing the whoops... luckily I usually save it.....
Very Bad to crash in front of that many people....very bad.... as in zero style points
I like it all  Hills, Dunes........

yeah, but you have to admit... duning is way more fun than hillshooting... well, I guess to each his own... my favorite time to hillshoot was night time at Competition...
