I know you sent those stickers for me to put on the rail when it's back together again. But with the next Manx in the garage the dunes were calling too loudly and I just couldn't wait. But before it could touch sand for the first time it needed a little inspiration:

The dunes were terrific today! Ripples all over the place which was just what I needed since I had a first timer with me. Amy's mom was in town for two days and ever since she saw my rail in pieces she's been dying to take a trip to the dunes. The Manx ain't no rail (espically without paddles) but it was enough to give her a good time!

I got even more Slappy today! Checked the mail and I recognized that handwriting immediately - a nice red coozie to go with my two black ones and a GD beanie! I'm guessing this was for my post of the month and not just because Slappy felt like sending me some goodies

So now my Dew will stay cold and my head will stay warm this winter in the dunes - life is looking good!

Slap used to occasionally send stuff to folks just cuz he would feel all goosy, but that got him "DOINKED" quite a bit by the torque wrench. Believe Slap, Mrs. McDuners aim and accuracy is second to none. The only thing Slap hears before it happens is, "Slappy, I'll be your huckleberry". :shock:
