I am going to be camping at 13.5 for the first time... I have only camped off of Gecko before and never in the washes... So I was wondering if there are any small berms for kids, or small dunes around 13.5 that are really close?? I have a little sister so I was just wondering if she will be able to ride somewhere viewable from our motorhome. Thanks!

small dunes right outside camp, its great for kids.

from the moho there are some spots you might be able to see, but the back of the wash has a lot of bushs, be best if you went and watched.

Our kids ride back there but we go and watch them.

Thanks! I am so excited to go... I've been going to the sand every other weekend, but this is the trip I've been waiting for.... After I give my 2 and a half hour presentation tomorrow in my Communications class I will be Glamis-bound!!!!!

Definitely watch your kids close ANYWHERE this weekend. A year or two ago there was a truck that hit a quad literally just a few feet outside of wash 13.5. I don't remember what weekend it was, but the point is, it can happen anywhere anytime, and Thanksgiving is the most crowded time of all.

I was Halloween a couple years ago. I agree watch your kids at all times...

Definitely. She never rides alone unless I start making the kid track for all the little ones right at camp.
