I can't believe this, this quad is only 18 months old and it is ridden by a 7 year old, that weighs 45 pounds maybe! The frame is snapped in half, the only thing that is holding it together is the plastic and engine..

Do you think Suzuki will help me with this??

Jesus christ! Wtf happened?

Wow! It's worth a shot. It appears to be a broken weld which would mean the weld is faulty. A welded seam should always be stronger than the metal around it.

Talked to one dealer, they said I should go back to the dealer I bought it from. So I have called and emailed them with no response, thinking of going up the ladder, anyone have any ideas?

A new frame is $500.00 and a lot of work to transfer everything. I can buy and beat up LT 80 for $800, but either way the VIN number will no longer match and it might become an issue when I go to sell the bike.

What pisses me off about this, the bike is less than two years old and nobody heavier than 80 pounds has ridden it. My first LT80 was 15 years old with no problems and it was beaten and ridden hard by many kids and adults, even the dealer was shocked to see this, but he felt Suzuki wouldn't care........nice!
