What year is your rhino?? I just bought a '07 sport and found out Yamaha didn't put a latch on my driver side belt. I was out in Glamis when we noticed. I went to Custom Motorsports and bought some harnesses, we mounted them in the stock location without any modifications. I will try to take some pics over the weekend and post them for you. You definetely need to run harnesses, it is a must.

We can do a welded in harness bar for you no problem. BRP makes a bolt in part if you prefer. Let us know if we can help.

I went to BRP yesterday and I checked out the harness bar ..... I didnt like it for a 4 seater ..... it stuck out to far and it has a large tab on it for a flag ...... it just looked like something the kids would get hurt on ..... looked kind of dangerous for a 4 seater ..... It would probably be great for a 2 seater .......
Have a piece of tube welded on and then hit it with some black spray paint ...... you dont need to powdercoat the whole cage again ..... unless you want to.....
