My selling dealer is not working with me on some warranty issue(s), called passing the buck. I'm wondering if anyone can sugget or give solid info on how to work this out.
We have an '06 GMC Sierra, w/ 17k miles on her.
BTW, we are located near the San Fernando Valley.

My friend Jeff Drennon is a service writer at Anaheim Hills GMC. I know its not close to you but he would go out of his way to help, even if he needs to call your dealer. By the way he knows the Gibsons, they take their car to him as well. Ive known the Gibsons for years and they love Jeff.
So if you need him just call there and tell him your friends with me or the Gibsons...he is a good guy.
