i have a 2006 trx 450 and i put the lrd pipe on it and jetted the main jet to a 188 and the needle jet to a 50 also put the rev max rev box on and i took it to gordons and hauled ass on the flats and it has alot more power 1st threw middle of 3rd then starts to bogg out in upper 3rd and jus shuts off in 4th and 5th. it looses all power in 4th and 5th does anybody have any suggestions plz email me at skinindustries552003@yahoo.com

yes i cleaned it the same time i put all the ad ons on my bike. recently i took the box off and put the stock rev box back on and my bike came back to life its a rocket

rev max are junk. If you want higher revs go with dyna or vortex.

Rev boxes are crap. Fortunaltely with the 06's you can get the same performance results for free. I've done it along with tons of other's and works great.
