the one I worked on also does that...I don't think it's a problem.
almost feels like a binding cv, but it's not...turn-click, turn-click, right?

I am not sure about a clicking noise... but i did notice that on my rhino when it was brand new and stock, the tire would spin free, then slow, then free.. then slow.. I figured it was just turning the diff inside, and making it work. I don't know if it still does it, but we haven't had any issues with the diff, or cv's or anything.
So i would think you are ok. But i don't rememeber it making any noise.

Does the noise sound like its coming from the diff, or the cv joint? Is the diff locked? or open??

When you rebuilt the cv, were the joints all worn out? Did you use plenty of grease when you put them back together? Are you sure all the snap rings and clips are fully seated properly? Did you get the correct length axle in the correct position? The instructions say which one goes where.

Does it make noise no matter what angle the cv is at? Can you pull the axle out, and try turning it to see if noise is from diff or cv?

Let me know!

Greg
