Just got these pic's and thought that I would share. The weekend weather sucked cause it was so cold and the wind was non stop for two days. On Sunday we decided to go on one last dune run and sure enough I hit a withches eye and break an axle, the last pic shows the witches eye that I hit. I did get a few jumps in before I hit the eye.

The break occrurred right where the splines ended on the inner drivers side CV side. The break was so clean that I couldn't have cut the axle that clean with a circular saw. My bud in his Funco towed me back. luckily we had just went over the first two dune towards China Wall from Wash 11. So the tow trip back was pretty flat and easy. I just fixed the car today and we're ready for Presidents Day are you going?
