Does the blm have caller ID? If not I have the # that will reach the office of Neal Hammada. I wonder if it would work to call the number and leave a polite message (no yelling or acting like a idiot) stating for the past 3 years I have bought the season pass now if the fee gets increased over $60? (pick your reasonable price) Then I will have to discontinue buying the pass and use counterfit passes.

I paid $25 to drive through Zion so I think 60 fot the year is acceptable.

What do you think of 1000 calls of people that paid are now reffusing to pay it might get his attention.

Well, that depends on whether you're just wanting to vent  or actually get your point across. biggrin.gif

Right now the very best way to make your feelings known in a way that they have no choice but to listen, is to follow the channels that have been set up... submit your comments to your TRT representative, or submit them to a leader of one of the user groups, like DUNERS or the ASA.

Now that is the best solution I have heard for this yet....not like they inspect the passes...

Doc, I know Neil, and he's a good guy and a long-time duner. Plus, he has no power to change the pass price. Go with what Vicki said, through the proper channels.

I have to agree with Doug and Vicki. I have met with Neil face to face twice, and have talked to him on the phone a couple of other times. I don't know Neil, but from what I can tell he is a stand up guy and someone that we really do not need to harass in that manner.

Just a thought don't worry did I post the #. If you think I am that irresponsible after 3 years of my reactions on the board then sorry. The thought behind this is wouldn't be fun to call the person that is against Glamis that is in the loop of making polices and harras them. But that won't happen because everyone is so politicly correct it is sickening stay withen the norm lose more of your rights and have a nice life.

Don't forget to pay your taxes since there is no law saying you have to pay them.

Doc, I didn't mean for my comment as a flame on you. Sorry if you took it that way.

I don't have an issue with duners calling Neil to make their comments. As a matter of fact, I think they should if they feel strongly enough to do so. It is just that I would hate to get 1000 calls during my workday and didn't see what good it would do to say anything about counterfeit passes. sad.gif

Is that too PC?

There are many ways to fight the system.

Harrassing phone calls isn't something I enjoy, but I've been known to nag successfully a time or two. biggrin.gif

We all do what we can how we can.
