They have a water truck driving on the flats spraying water. I would assume its to keep the dust down but yea it does create a nasty muddy mess on cars and trucks driving through

It’s a 2011. I can’t get to it as it seems to be behind the turbo. Not sure how to get to it.

Heater hose fitting on the duramax and grenaded a Honda block.

Honda is always a solid option. Not sure if anyone services or builds short stars

Found the problem

Talking with my buddy, I think I know what happened. I had a boost leak and it was causing a boost spike which would engage the over boost cutoff which was set to 17.6lbs which I think the motor did not like. Going to replace both gaskets and lower the boost to 12lbs. Stay tuned for pictures...

I removed the baffles for boost as they do not vent as needed for turbo applications. Should be fine in stock form. I would keep the ports open as one is for your pcv and just cap the other so you have it if needed in the future.

I would drain a little out at a time till you are right under the high line.

To get the most accurate results I put a small 10-12 inch level on the top of the intake plenum to ensure the motor is completely level. Once you establish the motor has the correct amount, you can then put the car back at ride height and make a mark on the dipstick to show the correct level.

What are your favorite things to cook in camp? Getting burned out on steaks, grilled chicken and carne asada. Looking for new ideas that are minimal work.
