I was on the commercial HVACR side. This is my last week working for Emcor out of El Cajon.

Journeyman HVACR Technician. Worked for a big Commercial company here in San Diego for over 12 years. This is my last week for them and will be taking an in house position at Scripps Hospital next week. Before this i was a heavy equipment mechanic in construction.

I can understand why the North wouldn’t bother to fight as the closures don’t affect them for duning. On the other hand, more people would leave Glamis and camp at Gordon’s again if the closures were moved or lifted. At least that’s how I see it.

I agree with this. My questions really were if anyone knew of any new news on this. It is very easy to end up in the closure by mistake. They have popo posted up in these areas for such occasions. Not to mention they haven’t removed all of the old closure poles still!

Ive had PCI and Rugged. PCI was better quality and seemed to work better. The music was alright even with the upgraded speakers. Both companies work alright for music but nothing to write home about.

We went to Gordon’s every halloween. Everyone in camp brought candy and dressed up. Kids are all older now but we still go. Now Glamis Halloween weekend is a whole other story. Done it once, never again!
