Since he cheated his way past the recall he's signing a new BS law about every other day. Enjoy the dark as he pushes more reliance on an out dated over taxed electrical grid.

He also saved us!!!! He has now mandated that large retailers have gender neutral toy isles. I feel so much better!

Generators too - by 2028!!!

The law requires all newly sold small-motor equipment primarily used for landscaping to be zero-emission — essentially to be battery-operated or plug-in — by that target date or as soon as the California Air Resources Board determined it is feasible. New portable gas-powered generators also must be zero-emission by 2028, which also could be delayed at the discretion of the state agency.

Also no more plastic utensils and condiment packets unless you beg.

Leaving for TN is one of the best decision I've made in my life.

I've now taken the position of let them do all this and more and draw in the equivalents from the states...and of course, welcome those who disagree and escape.

As I introduce myself when asked, "I'm a California refugee."

New business idea, need to build and sell these on the street corners. I used to mow the lawn when I was kid with these...

Just saw the state has $30,000,000 to help gardeners update their equipment to be compliant! and reports is that's not enough.

So did I, it was an old AF when I pushed it back in the 70's. Here is a nice new shinny edger. The ones I had to use where rusty and almost as old that the push mower. No wonder I have carpal tunnel.

I have to be honest gas leafblowers are my biggest annoyance on this planet. All I hear all day long 6- 7 days a week from 7am to 6pm are leafblowers and smell 2stroke fumes all day.

I hate them !!

I will probably hate electric ones just as much becasue of the noise.

We have both at work.  Electric not QUITE as loud.  More high pitch.  If they don't make them as powerful as gas, they'll just run twice as long.

You see, in "Saving the Planet" our Government has gotten very good at creating the need for MORE Government.

More committees, more special interest groups and their PAC $$$....Apply here for yore FREE Zero Emission Lawn Equipment.

I'm going to not complain about it all and take advantage, make some $$$. Buy me some EZ-Ups and set up on street corners in certain neighbor "Hoods".

I'm gonna be .GOV Rich!

Golf carts (not SxS) are part of this new law as well.  I live in a golf cart community..................people aren't going to like this.............no idea how they would enforce any of this (other than not allow business to sell).  I see a future business in NV and AZ supplying all of these items??

It doesn't really affect me, but if I had a gardening business, I would be pissed.  I already have a electric blower (2 of them)

Human blowers are best.  More specifically, female blowers.  piece

They will stop the sale and importation. It is amazing how much stuff you can't get in Commifornia that I can have shipped to my door. Cutting oil, spray adhesives, ammo, and those are just 3 that I can now get.

One other thing I have to point out. Can you count how many different ways the government is putting pressure on you. COVID, the vaccine and the dozens of things to do with that BS, the environment, inflation, supply shortages, critical race BS, LGBTQZxWTF, schools and all their BS. The list is almost endless.

I bought a 20V blower to use in the trailer and ended up using it at the house as well but there's no effin way I could get through my yerd with an e-mower  it'd be dead after 3 rows. My front yard is like a 1/4 acre
