Saw a meatloaf while on Facebook and it looked good.

Decided to BBQ a couple. I use all leftovers for work lunches. Love a meatloaf sandwich.

Here are a few pics.

Just smoked it about 4 hrs.

Nice little smoke ring.

Whipped up some Diablo Shrimp for dinner tonight. Delicious but very spicy.

Living in the campground I'm using the heck out of the table top BBQ. Tonight I'm cooking some hot wings hot links and some corn on the cob. I will start dipping the chicken once it gets close to done in the hot wing sause the wife makes. That way it gets cooked into the skin a little more. I will also put BBQ sause on the hot links and let that carmelize. The sweet and spicy hits the spot.

Single for a few days. Yesterday a Costco ribeye with brussel sprouts. Today, a burger. It was good.

Valentine dinner. She didn't want flowers or candy.

With a side of soy/teriyaki bok  choy and cajun fried green beans.

And we have leftovers.
