Thanks for the warm welcome and kind words everyone!

For those that don't know me, or my business, my name is Paul Brinegar (no, not the actor :sha: ) and I have owned and operated Zero Tolerance Fabrication, INC since 2002.

I was a former Certified Toyota Master technician and ASE Certified Master Diagnostic Technician and Advanced level Specialist.

I left the dealerships to become a full time fabricator and ran my shop full time until 2007 when I was hired by Pro Armor as their head R&D fabricator. There, I designed and developed just about every part in their UTV product line including the door systems, roll cages as well as all the production fixturing and tooling to make them.

I left there in 2011 and went back to running my shop full time to meet the demand of my customers that I still serviced in my off time.

My shop is currently located in San Dimas, Ca at the 210/57 fwy interchange where I specialize in CAD design using Solidworks 3D parametric modeling, CNC plasma cutting, TIG/MIG welding, and Press Brake work.

I run a fully insured, professional shop and have clients that range from SCE and Siemens to walk in customers that need tabs for their race car.

Check out my website for more info or feel free to ask any questions.

Here's some more work...

This is a rigging part for Siemens Wind Power Division.

CAD designed, fabricated, and welded all in house...no outsourcing.

Here's a custom welding cart I designed and built.

Thanks guys.

Here some work I did on Derek's (2DASAND) DD car. Replace the whole back half and bulkhead, swapped over to a Fortin, and remounted the motor.
