I am looking for a Datsun/Nissan Z24 adapter and flywheel to adapt that motor to a Type I VW.  It works for a Z24 and also a Frontier motor.

I also think that it is the same adapter to adapt an L series 4 & 6 cylinder motor (1.6, 1.8, 2.0, 2.4, 2.6, 2.8), based on what motors are from the same Nissan/Datsun family and what transmissions will swap w/in the Datsun/Nissan family.

Let me know if you have one.

I knew that they had them on their website.  I called em today....they still make them.  If i remember right (I had a rough afternoon), $440, 4-6 wk wait, all orders are custom made.

That motor is sorta obsolete.  New stuff is normally built w/an ECO-Tec, Honda, or something w/an ECM.  I happen to have one.  It isn't the greatest motor, but they are durable.  I was hoping to find one (maybe wishfully) w/somebody that has gone to a Honda  or EcoTec, or etc.  Although, the Frontier motors use the same adapter.   They are at least 25 years old, mine is in an '84.  It ran good when I T-boned the guy.
