Halloween Plans?

Recommended Posts

After several years of being out of the desert scene, I am now back and looking for a good group to go out with occasionally. I have a group of people that go out, but only 3-4 times a year.

It's just my g-friend and I that usually go out. Low key couple (mid 30's) that prefers riding during the day, but will have a cocktail around the fire at night. I all of the sudden feel like I'm writing an online dating profile...

Anyhow, if anyone is going to be out at Glamis over Halloween and wouldn't mind another rig in the group let me know. I have a 2016 Yamaha YXZ with an RPM Turbo, so would prefer other SxS's to ride with, but open to rails and bikes too.

Sorry, I'm avoiding Halloween weekend itself in G. I'll be there the week before Halloween through Sat the 29th (but packing up the evening of the 28th to be able to head out pretty early the 29th). I'll be back the weekend after that too (4-6 Nov). If you're around then you're welcome to join. Mix of SxSs and big cars (I'll have my LS7 rail and my RZR Turbo). Would love to see how that turbo YXZ works!!!

They were going to have their own weekend but Camp Ham didn't seem to have the ring to it.

I think it was more the 10 people showing up that put the kibosh on those plans. I heard the CEO of Can AM was going to have it in his back yard but not enough People RSVPed to make it worth it.

If they are set up in the vendor area I'll bet they get more interest this year. If they hold up they are going to do well in Glamis, particularly the wide one. Their price point could be the dealbreaker for some, OK, me.

We do DUMONT on big weekends with the DsD group you're welcome to join us.

Mostly YXZ's and Rzr's.

Pm Me and I'll send you a map of our specific spot. Excellent group.

The 5150 whips people, good food, good rides, bon fires, music, good fun.
