Here's a news article that just came out today basically says everything I said in post #2...

And an updated article....Go back to my post on page one.   Yet, their high powered "think tank" is just now getting around to the "idea" that maybe something needs to change.  It absolutely boggles my mind that these people are so blinded by their rank, position, and sense of "I did it and so will everyone else..." that they can't see the obvious answer.

So glad I'm retired...
