2007 Weekend Warrior LE 3505  Onan 5.5 gen with 371 hours on generator.  150 fresh water, 20 generator tank, 20 fuel tank.   2 AC units.  16' of storage to the first cabinet, plus room in kitchen area for more.  2 flat screens, one front one back.  This has the single bunk in the rear.  early 07' model.  Flipped axels so can be towed with lifted truck.  Good trailer for the fam if you want to haul a lot.  16,000 gross, it sits around 10,500 empty.  We've had it for almost 6 years.  Been great and a lot of memories but don't use it much anymore since all toys have been sold and kids play too many sports.   I also have a 2004.5 GMC 2500 that can go with it for a bundle deal.   I still have a loan on this so if it sells before the truck, it will be a short sale by the bank. (They've ok'd me already).  Looking for 18k but because of short sale, will take a reasonable offer close to that.  Trailer is at home on side of the house in Murrieta, Ca

Can do a combo deal with a 2004.5 GMC 2500 SLT 4x4.  LLY Duramax.  174,000 miles. Fully loaded with Bose and rear entertainment.  Has air bags, B&W turnover ball hitch with the 5th wheel hitch so you can tow either or remove hitch and have nothing in the bed.  New style LED pull our mirrors.  Just put brand new tires on it last week.  It's leveled with 33's and the stock Alcoa wheels.  Truck runs good and strong.  Allison trans shifts smooth.  I am the second owner,  bought a year and half ago from original owner of a hay hauling trucking company.  Has the usual tear in the driver seat from getting in and out but other then that truck is pretty clean.    I have clean title in hand for this one.

Also looking for 18k for truck.  Will do both for 35k or will sell separately.  If truck goes first then will pay down trailer so no short sale needed.  If trailer goes first then bank has approved me for short sale,  I will be taking the difference in personal load until truck sells to pay it off.  Bank will release title to person or finance company.

Text me with questions.  I know theres a lot that i didn't put in the add.

I'm a little dense, so how much for the trailer? 18K?

I think its 18k each or he will sell both for 35k saving 1k on a package deal.

well it really wasn't a short sale.  Guess i should have worded it different.  I owed more then what i was asking so i had to pay off the difference.  But sold it today.

I do know a guy who short sale'd a motor home.  Or so he said.  Maybe he let them repo it.
