LS dual filters

Recommended Posts

Who is making the dual filter setups for the LS cars, are they custom one offs? or a production item?

CBM has an off the shelf option there are probably other places as well. You could go custom and have Jugernot make you whatever you want.

$100 dual intake tube from Summit racing (made by Spectre) and two CMB 7" cone filters with outerwares.

Anything more than just coupling a short single wye off your throttle body will likely be custom fabrication.  The cleanest option would be to have everything mocked up and then welded, but I guess you could use a bunch of couplings to get the filters where you wanted them.  You'll likely have to have some brackets or tabs fabricated to support the weight of anything longer than what is shown here.

I bought an aluminum mandrel bend and just welded a piece of tubing to the center that matched my intake size.

I bought mine on the  spectreperformance.com website.  Then 2 filters from CBM.

Love the look and great performance.

Spend an extra 30-40$ and support some of our great board sponsor fabricators like lrs or juggernaut, or yore local fabricator, rather than buy cheap chinese parts made by 3/$hr chinese labor

This all the way. Another plus to custom is getting the filters up and forward into clean/er air.
