I'm looking for a jeep to tow behind my motorhome. How is the rear locker on the roads? When you say needs shocks and bushings, what shocks are on it? What bushings? Do you know if it is CA smog legal?

The shocks are Doetsch.  Suspension bushings (control arms).  Not sure if it's CA smog legal, but it's originally from CA (purchased new from CA dealer) and passed AZ emissions without an issue.
