I was very happy for Tiger yesterday.  I admit that 10-13 years ago when golf was my everyday hobby, I rooted for Phil Mickelson, rooted against Tiger, and hoped he would not break Sam Snead's PGA win record.    Recently I had started to identify with Tiger and root for him.  He has been through so much, especially with his back, and what he did yesterday is simply amazing.  No one saw that coming.

This kind of a comeback can help all of us to strive harder to reach our goals or get out of a rut that we are in.  I'm going to use it to inspire myself to jumpstart my career and try to make my own mini-comeback in my software profession.

Well said Phoenix.  I was inspired, not only to stay on my workout program, but to keep swinging the sticks.  It was exciting to watch Tiger the entire tournament, and relieved when his 3rd shot hit the green on 18....LOL. Whew.
