People line up in two rows with their rides, put out decorations and hand out candy to the kids....it's pretty cool.

What?

Make them go door to door and ring doorbells like in the old days! Uphill through 6 ft of snow, both ways!

Why don't we just have Uber Treats deliver a bucket full of chocolates to them while they sit on the couch in the trailer?

Halloween wouldn't be "special"...............it'd just be like every other day of the year.    :moof:

Its a pretty cool event that the BLM puts on at Dumont, its pretty huge and can take over a hour up to 2 hours to go through, plus the haunted house, unlike Glamis the BLM is really cool at Dumont, fun event for the kinds, and allot to see for the adults,

So it's actually a lot more than 2 rows of cars lined up passing out candy.

This does sound pretty cool! Especially the haunted house part. Mr Dune used to set up a really elaborate haunted house with his trailer as part of it, back in the day.

I agree.

The Halloween vibe in Dumont can't be matched anywhere except maybe Calico Ghost Town for thos particular weekend in an OHV area.

Glamis does have Camp RZR, that shitshow is pretty scary...LOL

Comp at night was insane full rave at the base for about a hour and a half then the firework show on the top of comp.  hope the Star Wars speedster shows up again, and the stick figure show on the side of comp

then my favorite was the line of cars getting stuck on the entrance to comp valley

we stock mob the dually past all the stuck ones

only disappointment is now the have the truck or treat we only get about 50 trick or treaters  in the past we would have hundreds
