Welds good and hot. A little finicky on the thin/sheet metal stuff. But, GTG other wise. We also have a few of the newer digital 252 Millers. The old guys in the shop prefer the 250... I was given a new Miller 252. Friend/Client ordered 4 for his company and was shipped 5. He surprised me with it and I put in to work. I found the older 250 to be less sensitive to adjustment and easier to adjust on the fly. Could dial it in while laying out the wire on test pieces. The new 252 isn't as friendly to adjust on the fly but it works just as good. Ill probably kick myself when I sell the 250. Just running out of space.
