Gregs Burgers:

2 Lbs 80/20 hamburger (none of that "lean" crap).

one tube of Bob Evans, "Hot and Spicy" pork Sausage, (or Jimmy Dean, Hot).

Mix well & grill until the edges are nice & brown & flip once.
