Im listing family property in the next few weeks. Currently moving my elderly mother out of this property.

Zillow suggests 2-2.5million. We are looking more around 800-1.25 per our realtor. Great horse property or great to build a huge shop. Pool on site but will need work.

    This sounds like an epic opportunity for sure! Alpine has become the choice for many wanting to get out of the city. It's grown tremendously. I believe your realtor is on point price wise for a rehab/investment. Don't need to wish you good luck, it's gonna sell easily.
