Reducing weight rating on my new truck

A class C license only allows a 6K tag trailer, or a 10K fifth wheel. If your dump trailer is a tag trailer (bumper hitch), you will need a Title 41 endorsement on your class C license. Title 41 raises your trailer weight limits to 10K tag and 15K fifth wheel. It is a simple written test at DMV.

And how about your driver’s license? Are you rated to pull a 10K trailer?

    How friendly are Glamis people?

You’d be welcome to camp with us, we are usually in Wash 6 and have a buggy group and a SxS group. Check us out at: https://inlandempireoffroad.shutterfly.com/
  4. 2013 Yamaha Super Tenere World Crosser, 1200cc Twin, 17,500 miles. Shaft drive, taller windshield (stock included), heated grips, custom hand guards, front and rear cameras, new battery, home made locking panniers narrower than most to split lanes, etc, top box fits full face helmet, full services done before recommended miles, recent oil, filters, and shaft service, tires are good but you'll need a new rear in a couple thousand miles. Current CA registration through February of 2020 (YES! 2020!), pink slip is in my hand and in my name. This is a very comfortable bike to ride, ready for that cross country trip, or across town. Arthritis in hands prevents me from riding anymore. $6,750.00 OBO Mike 951-315-7351 call or text, or wcimb@aol.com

Do You Know How To Tow?

I only tow my trailer in the HOV lane when I have more than four people in the trailer. That makes it a High Occupancy Vehicle, doesn’t it?

    Next step up from lt80

Skip all the problems and expense of upgrading quads every couple years and go straight to the Banshee! An adjustable throttle, and Velcro seat/pants and turn him loose. Every trip out give him and extra turn on the throttle stop screw. Let us know how the wife/mom handles that!

AZ requires notary on title transfers?

If you register in CA you’ll have to pay CA sales tax. That’s almost 10% in OC! Plus the green sticker fee. Plus the transfer fee.

    Handheld radio question

I used a handheld for a number of years, with an auxiliary microphone that had a port for earbuds. I clipped the microphone to my shoulder strap so I could easily talk in to it, very much like some LEO’s do. I used the earbuds because I don’t hear that well, and couldn’t always hear what was being said even with the mic right next to my ear.

    Miles on a RZR 1000

I have over 4K miles on my 2016 (non turbo), and I’ve replaced the primary clutch once and the belt once. Oh and the spark plugs at the start of every season. Still runs like a top!
