Thanks for the responses everyone. Much appreciated. I've taken CBD oil leading up to this (and still do). It works pretty well. I recommend it. Other than that, I take tylenol. I've been on the stronger stuff and I'd like to avoid it if possible. Unfortunately, I sold all my toys several years ago. Eventually, I want to come back. The new Can Am SXS looks pretty sweet.

Hey everyone, I hope everyone is doing alright. I haven't been here in a while. I haven't been to Glamis in a while either! I was just diagnosed with mild degenerative disc disease in my lower neck (T1-C7). I was wondering if anyone else has this and what suggestions there are. I was bending forward while eating, felt a light crunch in my neck and got a sharp pain. In the days following the incident, I developed pain, numbness and pins and needles feelings in my left arm and leg. Got an xray, which led to the diagnosis. I was referred to a pain management doctor, who didn't recommend anything but physical therapy for the time being (which I think is a good thing). I'm also getting an MRI to see if there's any disc bulging or herniation. In the days since, my symptoms has minimized. Sometimes I forget about them. I'm happy about that. It's sort of a bummer because I'm in my early 30's. I'm also kicking myself for not getting disability insurance before this happened. I'm glad my ability to work hasn't been affected. Just looking for advice from anyone who has or is going through this. Any success stories are welcome. My goal, of course, is to treat it the best I can and prevent any further damage. Thanks!

I have to be honest. These new forums are very slow and laggy. And I have a pretty stout computer and good internet speed.

One thing to be careful of - he still a kid. Sometimes parents will place undue pressure on their kiddo after they find out the kiddo has high intelligence. He still needs to do kid things, read kid books, have kid interests, etc.
-
If true, that's outstanding. Why was he given the intelligence test? I give and interpret intelligence tests (real ones, not the cheesy internet ones) for a living, and I've never personally worked with a kid with a score that high. BTW, that test is one of the most respected measures out there.

Not a right. And not everyone "needs" to go to college. This is coming from someone with two graduate degrees. The end result is a ton of people with useless "communications" and "arts" degrees" who complain about not being able to pay their loans off while still working their serving jobs.

Now that looks awesome. Wonder what engines they use.

That video would be cooler if the vehicle were closer to stock. I sort of understand that the cage was replaced, but it looks like they overhauled the suspension too? -

IF I were buying, it would be mostly Glamis. I have had to take a break from off-road for several years. I am selling my quad right now. Eventually, I will return. -

The X3 X RS is what I was looking for five years ago. Crazy that it took them this long to put it out. -

Honestly, they remind me of a yoshimobile. -
