The Real Issue May Be, The Inmates Are Actually Running The Asylum.
The Recycle Here Requires Washing Out The Cans and Bottles.
The Water Company Says No Extra Water, Kill Yore Lawns..
The Sewer Guys Say, No Food In The Sewer.
The City Says, Food In The Green Waste Bin.
(There Exists "Compost able" Food Waste Bags)
Green Waste Bins Include Branches, Leaves, And Grass Clippings,
So Left over Wood Should Be Fine. (Don't Ask They May Freak)
So, If I Wash The Cans, I Irritate The Sewer Guy But Please The Recycle Guy. I can't Wash The Cans In The Yard, As The City Will Bang Me For Excess Water.
All The Above Can't Be Done. WTF?

Remember in the old days the AAFuel cars would warm up on Alky then switch to Nitro, running on Alky they sounded like a mild engine then when switching to Nitro it sounded like a completely different engine. DON~~~
You know why, right? Alcohol is 30% Oxygen by weight, and requires double jet size to burn the alcohol at full HP. Without the larger jets, it will sound milder. On a related note, I was able (Lucky) to visit the last Edelbrock "Cackle Fest" at his Torrance shop. Like a dummy, I got real close and almost burned my eyes out. Fun Times..

Awesome.
I go thru 2, sometimes 3 US Flags a year. We fly 365 days, rain or shine, etc. in my front yard and I just get the $25 one from COSTCO, etc.
I don't like seeing any tattered edges or fading.
Civic / Senior Center down the street has a drop box for retiring US Flags, they are always dropped off there.
I have a sealed, unused set of the Black and White 3x5 and 4 of the small GD flags. They're MINE. Just waiting to get out there..
I am 24/7/365 also. Two sets of lights on all the time. One is solar in case Edison is down.
On a trivia note, both Disneyland and Disney World fly flags 24/7/365, but "most" of the flags do not have the correct number of stars on them. Therefore, they do not need to be lit or retired at night. (Most, not every flag)

I ordered some Flags off Amazon for work last month. My usual Annin vendor was out of stock.
I'm very suspicious of the "Made In USA" label on the Amazon flags. Decent flags but the ad and packaging looks Chyyynese-ish.
It looks solid. Very well sewn. And of course Amazon listing said "Made In USA".
I guess I'll see how it holds up.

On a "Flag Related" topic, the wind blew so hard the other day,
my American flag was ripped apart. I noticed it flapping, and retired it inside.
The good news is, Amazon had a "Made In USA" American flag and it has arrived.
I'll be in business later today.

At 120K, for 5 acres, with cabin, this seems like a steal.
I checked other properties around and 2.5 acres bare, go for 100k and up.
It's true it's a"Starter" property, however the prices are only going up.
If I was younger, I'd have a go at it..
Any interest, let me know, I'll hook you up with the principal.
