  1. I still have faith they will do right by the build, finish it properly and take care of me. It's just a disappointment that it wont make this season.
  2. Just a little update. I left a deposit 2/9/2019 with a quoted build time of approx 9 months. This was my car a little over a week ago. Beyond bummed it wont see the sand this season.
  3. Bump! Loading up Thursday to go to Gordon's for New Years. I'd be happy to bring these with!
  4. Set of 5 like new Walker Evan's beadlocks for sale. 3 have been mounted on tires but never run. The other 2 just got powder coated. All look like new though. Might be missing a couple bolts and washers. (2) of them are 8.5" wide with a 4.5" back space. (3) are 7" wide with a 3" backspace. Asking $1250 for the set of 5. Will not break up. For asking price o will ship for free or I can meet over New Years. Call or text me for fastest response. (520)444-2374
  5. She pulls pretty good but the hunt for hp knows no boundaries!
  6. Seems simple enough. I'll snag some pictures as I go and post them in case it would be of help for anyone else in the future. I appreciate the help and advice CEK!
  7. So I looked at how the lift bolts together. When you convert one to a belly lift, are you just moving the one with the cables to the middle and eliminating the other? Or adding additional beams with just the single?
  8. For hauling a SxS and a sandcar, do people usually haul the sand car on top and the SxS on the bottom then?
  9. I took out our new to us Renegade stacker a couple weekends ago and ran into a height issue when trying to haul only 2 side by sides. We had to let the air out of the tires of one and strap the suspension to make them fit. The trailer is 13'6", has no roof ribs and no roof vents so theres no way to get more height. It has a traditional drive on lift. Does a belly lift work better for sand cars? Any tips, points or pics would be greatly appreciated so I can get this dialed in for New Years. Thanks!
  10. I have a nice pair. I'm in Tucson, AZ but can ship them very easily. (520)444-2374
  11. What's your thoughts Kenne Bell to Whipple or others?
  12. My original plans were a set of All Pro heads but the turbo company actually talked me out of them and recommended the AFR heads that it was built with. He had said the lower flowing head would spool the turbos faster and make the original 1300 hp goal better. Which they certainly did but I feel the All Pros are a superior head that I wish I had gone with.
  13. That's an awesome and informative post Fullthrottle! Thank you! Starting from scratch I'd go that route in a second. I am however confined to my current long block. But some solid points I will give thought to. Thank you!
  14. My builder just finished an almost identical 4.5L Whipple motor besides the fact I'm running e85 and this was on 91. Were thinking we could get even a little more out of mine if I stayed on E85. I'm thinking the instant response of the Whipple and nearly identical hp would make the Whipple platform the best of both worlds for me
