  2. Yes it has a Hahn fuel controller with four extra injectors for when it is in boost.

Turbo is a water cooled Garret 2871 has intercooler with scoop. Has a Tom pro reverse box that had new bearings and chain last year. Car makes 296 hp to the ground at 14# boost and 374 at 22# boost. Has a two stage boost controller that is adjustable and selected with a switch. Car is very reliable and crazy fast. Asking 25,000.

  5. Having been through the exact same type of collision back in the 90's. It was caused by the officer of the deck in my case. He was very junior and made a few wrong decisions against every one else's recommendations to turn out of the way
  6. You can get sprockets from Tom pro design. Look on his web site for phone number. He also has them on eBay.

  8. Does the slave cylinder have a sand seal? If it doesnt pulll it off the motor and check it for sand around the piston. My bet is the slave cylinder piston seal is worn from sand causing your clutch problems. You can get a rebuild kit for the slave cylinder for around 20$ on ebay.
  9. Try metro plating in mesa but be sitting down when they tell you.what it costs. They are one the better ones in the valley.
  10. I am in wash 10 the entire group has had.issues or break downs. Looking for a group to go on a ride with or camp with. Have a 250r 450r and a tom pro sand rail. Can dune with any combination of quads razor or sand rail.

  12. Does anyone know a good cycle shop inthe Phoenix area. I think I have a burnt intake valve. Looks like a valve job and new springs. Would prefer a per formqnce type shop do to the engine being turboed

  14. Have you checked all the vacuum lines. What is the fuel pressure should be at 43#.
  15. I have a tom pro with a skid plate. The only down side is removing it to change the oil.
  16. I should have been more specific this for the coil over carrier not the bypass.
  17. Is there any one in the east valley that could give me a hand/advice to put king shock back together ? I must be doing something wrong be wise I can't get seal head down into shock unless I drain out some oil the shock does not compress. Thanks.
  18. What turbo is on the rail? I have an older tom pro with turbo and mine doesn't look any like this one. It has a 3 inch intake and 2.5 exhaust. Had it dynoed it made 270 to rear wheel with 12# boost looks like I might have another option to make some more power. The motor is already built for 30# lowered compression after market rods,pistons head studs etc. Also were did you find the front tires have looked everywhere for the but everyone says they aren't available.
  19. I just finished installing a new port fueler from hahn racing. The directions say to wire the yellow wire with the black stripe on the controller to the smaller pcm plug yellow wire with green tracer. There is no yellow wire with green tracer on the smaller pcm plug. Does somebody know which wire to connect to if not I will call hahn tomorrow?
  20. Tyler Thanks again for tuning and revalving my tom pro car. I duned the rest of the weekend and the car was like driving a completely different car. The wife even said that it was a much smoother and gentle ride and she did not get the motion sickness the entire weekend that made it that much more enjoyable for everone. Again thanks for the tune/revalve.
  21. the car is a tom pro with 14/44 sprockets with the tom pro reverse box. I bought a 120 link chain i used just over 1/2 of it so it is fairly short. I just got done taking everything apart at home I found the reverse box offset about 3/16 from the motor. Hopefully after i correct the offset it will take care of the chain allignment problems the chain wear will go away. This has been very expensive learning curve. On a different problem the car ran awesome until the last dune ride the engine started backfiring when on boost at about 10 pounds. It has the rsr dual fuel system as far as can tell it adjusted all the way rich. I am going to check the fuel filter for blockage but there has got to be a better more adjustable system than what I have maybe computer adjustable instead of preprogrammed fuel curves? I am going to call Tom tommorrow and see what his recommendations are but somebody here has to have some good knowledge as far fuel controllers or turbo set ups.
  22. Just got back from glamis was a great week other than going thru 2 sets of chains and sprockets on the car. The original chain was an ek zzz 530 that was slightly worn it lasted about a day and a half before it was so stretched and the sprockets completely wore out. Made a trip to Yuma got a RK x ring chain and installed the spare sprockets rode up the hill 3-4 times went on a dune ride for approximately 45 minutes got back to camp chain is completely stretched rear sprocket looks like a saw blade. I am at a loss as to why this eats up chain in less than an hour or two. Granted it is a turbo car but shouldn't the chains last longer than a couple of hours. I ran the hill from a rolling start in second gear so its not getting a heavy shock load. Any help or suggestions on chain/sprockets or different chain size that could be made to work. Running a 14/44 sprockets thru a reverse box.
