  1. So this means the "temporary" closers continue? Why I'm not suprised? The CBD sure seems happy so this can't be good news.
  2. From the not in our name crowd: http://pub179.ezboard.com/baxisofjustice
  3. You don't have to be a scientist to identify the PMV. Once I learned to recognize the PMV and where to typically find them it was easy to see that the plant is thriving in the ISDRA. Therefore, the CBD can dismiss the Olsen report as a hired gun all they want. I know what I saw! Get on with it CBD, you don't have to wait for the ASA to ask to do a study. One would almost think they are afraid of what they might find????
  4. dino's are unlikely but a Wolly Mammoth??? www.cnn.com/2002/TECH/08/21/clone.mammoth/
  5. Nobody is stoping the CBD from doing their own study and publishing the results on the PMV. Instead the CBD chooses to litigate first as if the PMV is growing in a court room in San Francisco. I know what my own eyes tell me and after a good rain the PMV is doing quite well in the ISDRA thank you very much Mr Patterson. Of course it never has been about the plant with the CBD.
  6. I'm sorry Bluesky, I guess this is your thread and you would like to stick to the topic for a change.
  7. LMAO! It's been a long day at work and I needed the laugh so I never thought I would say this but THANK YOU bluesky! Gentle streams? Come to a wash near my house in the Arizona Desert and wait for the next good rain. I know what I see and the washes around here seem to go like mad or not at all.
  8. Speaking of Rep. Pastor, a friend of mine who lives in the west valley of Phoenix says that he is now in the 4nd district thanks to the recent redistricting of Az and the 2 new seats in the House. I am looking for a detailed map of the new boundries to see if I can find out exactly what part of the west valley is in the 4nd district. [ 09-08-2002, 02:00 PM: Message edited by: DocHolliday ]
  9. The earthjustice league defense fund has the backing and the money to litigate. I will remember that and try to be kind to the BRC's legal defense fund this year. BTW -What do you call a lawyer with an IQ over 70? -Judge
  10. I believe this is just for canidates up for election in 2002.
