I was going to start a post on car covers,  what is the one everyone likes,  two years ago i did not have one and the seats got hammered, the icom did not make it through the night,

I found the best way of keeping the cover from getting shredded is to wrap it in True Tape (around the car) or something similar.  The key is to not have loose material that the wind can grap and turn into a parachute.

  2. I have a Queen air mattress that you can use if you want.  Put it on top of the cot, or on the floor.  Just use the compressor, and 1/2 male fitting on end of hose to air it up.  I also have the memory foam queen matt. that comes on the happijac bed lift.

I have the baofeng uv5r and they are not programmed with chirp. I programmed a few common channels into them manually but keep a pic on my phone with a channel bank list so I can manually program a frequency if needed.

Bullsh!t I have Baofeng UV-5R Two Way Radio Dual Band 144-148/420-450Mhz Walkie Talkie 1800mAh Li-ion Battery(Black) and I programmed it with the link to the software.

1). Take your time going in on that long road. The vibration will rattle your fillings, nuts and bolts loose.

2). We camp back by the cliff on the west side for 2 reasons. The Verizon Cell tower is much stronger over there, and usually the wind blows west to east so you will cause dust instead of ingest it.

3). Camping up close by the dues is cool and all, but then you get squids flying by your camp at 50MPH heading to the dunes so the further back you are the less activity you get.

4). Even though the dunes are very limited compared to Mother G, there is a lot of stuff to explore as peeps have mentioned here

    The road is paved now.

Depends on the With, Jeff just purchased Squacher's funco and he has to change  the rear tires, Jeff will be at buggy roundup if you want to see it, thought the door was 98'' wide,

Rear tires, and front tires.  Serious pain in the ass loading that car.

One of the proudest accomplishments during this project is going to be my "AS BUILT" drawing. Every pipe /  every lateral line / every sprinkler / every electrical pipe / Every water line...............I'll have documented! Priceless info! Peace

That is some good sh!t there.  Great Idea!!!

  7. I can't remember which concert I went to last (Scorps), I believe it was Love at First Sting, and they only sounded so, so.

Now I have to say YES, Big Generator, and U2,  Zoo TV Tour, sounded just as good, if not better than there CD.s.  Clean Vocals, was hard to come by those days, from rock bands.
