  1. The one wheel wonder won't hurt you, its the sudden stop that will get you every time. Like stated above, the older I get the longer it takes to heal. Try wiping your ass with two broken arms.....
  2. Champion and Method both recommend 18 ft lbs for the beadlock rings.

  6. Can't go wrong with red. My wife always complains that she can't figure out what to get me for birthdays, christmas, etc. When I tell her a blonde half her age would be a good gift, it doesn't go over well so I told her go the tool isle at Home Depot and get anything Milwaukee so she does. I have just about all or their tools now. Some only get used a couple of times a year, others get used weekly and I have no complaints with any of them.
  7. I did see your comment on my add. I didn't get a single response from this site for the sale. I posted the add shortly after the site came back on line so maybe the traffic is way down.
  8. Here is my jeep. Just finished up a long arm 3 link kit, built 44 up front, 4.88 gearing and ARB locker for the rear.
  9. I have a 28' loaded stacker, fuel tanks, water tanks, air compressor, big tool box, awning etc. and without putting any toys in it it weighs in at 10k. Big horsepower sounds great but there is a huge difference between a 450hp/900tq from most of the diesel pusher engines that are in the 8-9 liter range and a 450hp/1650+tq 13-15 liter engines. Most pushers aren't going to have the bigger 13-15 liter engines unless you really step up to a higher end coach. An 8-9 liter engine will pull a stacker but you need to probably beef up the hitch. I purchased my stacker from a guy that had a 400hp monico
  10. X3 on a sink. I didn't really think about it but my new stacker came with one and cleaning up in the trailer before going in the motorhome is priceless, keeps the wife happy as well. The sink is plumbed into the fresh water tank on the stacker and drains to the ground. Sink is tied to the same pump that is used to pump extra water to the motorhome. On board air, fuel tanks and filling station are an added plus. Also, in all my trailers I have had a dedicated tool box with everything I need while in the dunes. I keep it stocked with harbor freight tools so no unpacking a tool box between trips.
  11. Didn't need an appraisal, sent the purchase invoice and let them know of the additional upgrades that put the value at $150k. Cost for the rail is $2600 for the year. My agent set it up through Grundy. Based on what I was told from a local hotrod shop, Haggerty=heartache if you file a claim on a classic car. It will get repaired but Haggerty wants to approve every nut and bolt that goes back into the car. Grundy wants to make you whole and the repair will take half as long working with them.
  12. My rail is insured through Grundy, they were willing to cover it for 150k since I already have a muscle car and other vehicles through them.
  13. To many according to my wife.
