At 56 I guess I'm fortunate to not be on any meds, cholesterol numbers are great, blood pressure is great, not to many aches and pains just need to drop another 10lbs. What made a huge difference for me, the wife went on a health kick about 10 years ago. She decided she needed to loose weight and wasn't going down the easy path of the fad diets. She let me know her plan of eating healthy and working out. I let her know if it is good enough for her, its good enough for me. I didn't want her making me something different for dinner. Just eating healthier, I dropped 15 lbs.
As for sleeping, never thought I had any real sleeping issues. We needed a new mattress since ours was about 15 yrs old and the wife convinced me to get a sleep number. What a difference that made once we got it dialed in. I thought I was sleeping well, little did I know how much of a difference a mattress could make.

Have you been tracking the number of hours you have into this?

One bought the house next door, one works for the family business, and the other 2 don't live far so I see them as often as they want to be seen. It feels good to be invited to their or their friends parties, camping trips, dinner, etc. Must have raised them right if they still want to hang out with mom and dad.

In the old days we camped across the road from the store where the storage area is now. Have camped in all the different locations around the dunes. Wash 10-12 has been our go to for quite a few years now.

Went through the same thing with my house and my moms house. The chirping had just started and I replaced all the batteries. That didn't help so I ended up replacing all 8 in both homes. I believe they have a life span of about 5 years, that was the last time I replace mine and my moms place was built in 2017.

Camp RZR is referred to in our group as Kamp Kindergarten. We quit going that weekend after 2nd one.
And I agree with MAC
Heard one group on the radio one night when we were headed to olds complaining about how hard it was to follow the GPS route in the dark to the hill,

We were out the weekend after turkey day and had the same thing happen to us. I was leading, dropped off a ledge into a hole and the car came to a complete stop. Car number 2 came over, locked them up and slid down into me, Was a hard enough bump to pop my front end out of the hole and we both floored it before car 3 made its appearance. Luckily no damage to either one of us, his front tire hit my rear cage bar.

We camped in our usual spot, found plenty of virgin sand if you know where to look, even on Saturday afternoon. It seems the latest generation of duners use GPS to go from destination to destination, almost like a flat road beat through the dunes from each of the popular spots. Burned 90 gallons of fuel between Tuesday and Saturday in our cars.

Royal pain in the ass if you have multiple entities. Been advised to have our attorney file for us.

I run Sparco EVO's for the reasons acefuture pointed out.

Wife retired at 50, spent about 3 months at home, got bored and went back to work in a different industry. I can't sit still, always working on something whether at work or at home. Don't know how much longer I will work, I enjoy what I do. Wife and I are able to do what we want when we want, did a month in Europe and about 3 weeks in we were ready to head home. 2 weeks on the road in the RV is about our limit then we are ready to head back home. Wife can't stay away from the grand kids for more than a couple of weeks.

Would go to this set up in a minute if the boss would let me. She likes the ability to use the bathroom as needed, I like the fact that I don't have to stop for a potty break, and she can make me a sammich whenever I want one LOL

I don't know anymore, Couple of years ago we came across a buggy stuck in a witches eye. There were 2 of us and we stopped to help. We dug around the tires to take some of the stress of the car when we tried to yank it out. The 4 SOB's in the car, sat there and watched us work. When we tried to pull it out, their strap broke, it was stuck hard and there was no easy way to pull it, I was pulling up hill from the front or the back. Hooked up my strap and told them they needed to help push if we were going to have any luck, they didn't seem interested in lending a hand. After I broke my strap a couple of times I said screw it, gave them the number of the snow cat and left them standing there.
If the person is alone, we will check on them. If they are in a group, we keep on going.

Another good reason to have an annual physical, may help detect issues before this happens like high blood pressure and cholesterol levels.

If you have a water tank installed on the trailer as a back up for the motorhome, put a sink in the trailer. The enclosed i purchased had a small bar type sink in it. I had never given a sink much thought. Now I wouldn't do another enclosed without one. Makes my life so much easier washing up after maintenance, CV issue, spilled fuel, etc and not tracking the mess into the motorhome..... happy wife happy life lol

My dad has a single axle dump trailer. He also has a small Kubota tractor that fits in the dump trailer. He has 2 acres of grass and trees at home and a large get away out of town so it goes back and forth. I think Dwight is spot on, once you have the property cleaned up, you probably don't need a trailer. Small chipper would be a better idea.

Small single axle dump trailer. Easy to load, easier to unload, and you never have to worry about running the utility trailer to the dump before you want to use it for something else
