This is the plug. I’ve noticed some guys in street Subaru set ups are saying 10 to 11.5 is ok. Possibly why my tuner aimed that way?
any case do I take it back to him and try again or lose the money and start over with another tuner. 🤔🤔
Had new engine tuned in September with 80s ambient temps. Ran good over thanksgiving in 65-75 * temps. Just took out the car in 55* and it misfires some under load. Feels like it’s flat when on boost but not consistent.
When it was tuned the guy targeted 10:1 afr.
Im running a intercooler...
Any one have a good answer to how little axle spline can be ran safely?
Back story.. I broke a cv star over Turkey day weekend. Cv cracked and splines stripped requiring the tow strap. After cleaning up the cv back home I’m wondering if it failed due to lack of sufficient spline in the star...
So Fresh off dyno tune the engine is popping/misfires in low rpm like it’s cold or loaded up? Didn’t do this on the dyno but real world driving is different.
is it possible wrong spark plug gap?
What’s it’s supposed to be on these turbo 2.5s?
John@Outfront ? Any ideas?
Any one have suggestions or pictures or set ups for a typical rear mounted turbo Subaru exhaust. I’m want to quiet it down for forest trail riding.
John@outfront?
Looking at buying a engine package out of a rail.
Guy has all the build sheets from Outfront.
Stock Sti internals 2.5
low boost 8-10 external WG
He says it was tuned on pump gas @310hp
Now I was told can’t get 300+hp on pump? Does this engine need race fuel?
John@outfront sound...
