BLM could always use a water truck to apply magnesium chloride like they do Wash Road is what yore suggesting? I read that stuff costs $6k per mile initially, then $3k each re-application. Slippery Slope.

I saw online RiverDave state the smallest units a "Double" was about $250k Maybe an idea, I'm sure more will be known soon or after this Weekend's SSSS. It's a great opportunity for the right folks that go allot and want this type of setup locally.
