that's actually a factory polaris bolt it was their updated bolt because they were known for breaking on the threads they cut it down so that the threads wont flex

wait and see what the updated bolt looks like. they had a problem with the original bolts snapping off at the threads from vibration the updated bolt necks down to about 3/8 in the middle so that it does not flex at the threads...
