While I'm for the concept )there seems like there are too many idiots out on the trails) but allowing the Government to implement it is the problem. Like most laws the people writing and enacting them typically have no first hand experience with the subject matter.

Have you tried the S&B helmet pumper? I have the RR Mac pumper and I'm not very impressed.
