Green sticker in ca, lives in Phoenix. Arizona had dual purpose plates. Defiantly can’t drive an az plated razor on streets in California.

I guess I should have said my friend in Phoenix bought a car in New Mexico that had ca green sticker. He wants to be street legal in Ca, Arizona, New Mexico and Nevada. Is the dual purpose plate ok in those states on the streets? Wants to tow it behind his Motorhome.

How difficult is it in Arizona to register an off highway Baja bug to make it street legal with a license plate? Current registration is California green sticker.
