If you have a shell on your truck go to AAA or DMV and have it inspected and register as non-commercial It saves a ton on your registration each year. I did it with my 3500 dually.
I don't know if this is true unless the AMA/FIM changed the rule. When I was with Honda Racing we had both hydraulic and cable and the riders would switch back and forth depending on what they liked. Hydraulic at that time was not on production CRF's.
