Earlier we were at a beach not far from there and donkeys were at the water edge. If you turn up the volume you can hear my wife jokingly say donkeys and I replied "Water Donkeys" Now the group calls each other a Water Donkey.. 😄

We were at Lake Mead over the Labor Day weekend and I noticed this rolling about a 1\2 mile out. It was moving across the middle of the lake towards us. It was not a wake from another boat because there was no boats around and no boats had past in a while. Also a boat wake would slowly dissipate...

Don't count on it. In Texas if you don't like the weather wait in hour.

If you stay on the AZ side to the 10 there will be a checkpoint across the river going into CA.

Instead of gas in Blythe if you take that route you can backtrack a few miles on the 10 to Ehrenberg AZ to get gas.
