Watching the video I wouldn't have went whether it was a ranger or not? However in this video it doesn't seem like this ranger is attempting to close the drags off etc? He didn't have any lights on etc? Just kinda traveling and then accelerated towards the truck? RD

There is a fence around them, honestly you can’t see much from the ground.
