Picked up my race packet for the Solana beach triathlon on Sunday. First triathlon and a little nervous and excited! Didn't train like I wanted too but I just want to complete it! Running will be the hardest part for me, I absolutely hate running!!

Just wondering if you guys go by miles or by oil life to change oil?  Im 1k over my miles but the oil life is at 21%. Do i take it in or wait til the oil life is at 10%(2-3kmiles)  2019 chevy 2500hd(never had a oil life reader on my old truck).  thanks
